I support Account Managers by helping them manage the full sales process from quoting and sourcing solutions from vendors and distributors, to chasing orders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the flexible work hours hat Softcat provides, allowing me to adjust my work day based on my task that day. I can easily balance my apprenticeship work with Sale Support work, with my Managers also being very supportive and aware. I have the ability to socialise with other apprentice in and out of my programme online and face to face.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to use more technical platforms such as Sales Logix and different vendor/distributor portals. I have also developed my written and verbal communication skills.
