my level 7 senior leadership apprentice has been fantastic for me to gain knowledge alongside my day job in all aspect of business leadership and strategy. I have had the opportunity on multiple occasions to implement that learning into my work.

My employer is very supportive of my apprenticeship, I have the appropriate time to focus on the studying required alongside opportunities to apply my knowledge in the work place setting.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provide is always available to contact in some form, we have regular contacts with a dedicated support tutor, access to university online library. the module tutors are very welcoming and supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the learnings from my apprenticeship have been directly applied to my approach to people leadership and my application on work place projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The work place has many social options including various sports activities, board games, table top gaming.
