Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
As a DMPK Group Leader, I’m responsible for leading my team to deliver high‑quality work to agreed timelines and standards. I manage priorities and resources across multiple projects, make sure deliverables are consistent and fit for purpose, and act as a key point of contact for project teams and other functions. I provide oversight and support to ensure work is completed efficiently, resolve issues when they arise, and help align expectations across stakeholders. A key part of my role is developing and supporting my team through coaching, feedback, and progression, while continuously improving ways of working so we can meet both current and future demands.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I am enjoying the programme, the in person learning days are very useful and enjoyable. The module where there was more than 2 assignments was difficult to get enough time to complete them all.
