To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship programme is fantastic and very enjoyable. There is good flexibility for study days, and support available in terms of knowledge, clarification and various pathways to relevant experience.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I had an opportunity to develop existing skills as well as learn new skills and gain new experiences relevant to my current role and crucial to a role of future solicitor.

The programme is very well organised, timetabled and full of resources. There are various sessions available to join and the communication is seamless.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive and caring. There are various flexibilities and allowances creating a fulfilling work/study environment.

There is plenty of support, check-in sessions, catch-ups and practice sessions.

I am continuously learning new ways of approaching and solving problems. Through my ongoing qualification I am gaining experience and confidence that enables me to fulfil my role and perform better.

There are many social activities, sports teams, mindfulness sessions, and professional networking events. The workplace encourages professional networking and provides great facilities to do so.
