Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at BT Group?
I don't think there is much structure from when we first started. However i can see things improving, and you get lots of opportunities to learn.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I like that we are gradually given more responsibilities as the apprenticeship goes on at BT, and you definitely have nice people to work with.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BT Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I think overall my experince at BT has been positive
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
4/5
I think when we joined, there was a long waiting period when I didn't hear anything. I think there should have been some interaction with the company and apprentice leading up to the start date
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BT Group?
Personally, I think you do not need to be the loudest in the room to get the apprenticeship. Skills such as recognising what someone has said and bringing everyone back to the initial idea being discussed also show good skills. So it doesn't need to be a struggle of who will manage the team.
