The work involves producing and reviewing reports generated by various systems and giving presentations to various stakeholders then find ways of improving the processes as well as resolving any issues found. Researching on the various factors and developments which will affect the industry such as current affairs and regulatory changes.

Yes I responsibility during the internship in performing reports and presentations for the team and ensuring that Business as Usual tasks are performed. The team was very supportive in encouraging me to find ways to improve the workflow which is testament of the value of responsibility I was assigned with.

Yes there has been development of existing skills throughout the program specifically: Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint as well as presentation skills. New skills learnt mostly refer to using the various internal systems as well as role specific tasks.

Support and guidance was a big part of the internship the organization had assign various buddies and mentors to guide you as an intern through how you should make the most of the internship as well as having multiple networking events to be able to understand the various lines of business and how they coordinate with each other. The support system helped in ensuring that projects were a success.

The culture of the company is awesome especially the diversity and inclusion as well as support for minority groups which was great as everyone is valued as a unique individual. The massive volunteering and philanthropic work carried out by the organization is amazing to see the appreciation of serving the communities which we surround. The push in sustainability in everything the organization does is amazing to see.

I have really enjoyed the internship it was just an amazing place to work, people who valued your presence and gave feedback. It was amazing to take part in this internship and I would highly recommend it to anyone if they were given an opportunity.
