Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Get to work amongst the Engineers and work on projects involving what I do at university. It's always interesting and it aligns with my learning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love how everyday is something new and how nice and experienced everyone is. Everyone is always willing to teach and help out to improve my learning and experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot more skills and improved on all my existing skills too in terms of engineering, project and personal management, etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have a full department rota plan for my apprenticeship and I can see it all all the way till the end of my apprenticeship. There is a good structure to the university days which allows me to build and create a solid routine.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer holds regular meeting to check-up and keep up to date on issues, my struggles, general day-to-day and what they can help me with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The support is always offered but can sometimes be difficult to organise it, however most of the time it can be pretty good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I lot of what I learn at university links to the day to day of my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is community involvement programmes and days where we go and compete in sporting events but no official clubs or teams. there is a lot of professional networking events however.
