I support a business area within Lloyd's Banking Group, in my role as a People Partnering Apprentice.
Currently, I am focusing on the performance space, making sure our leaders are fully engaged and skilled for our 2026- 2030 strategy.
I have also supported pay group realignments for a platform within our business area, and informing colleagues of the the future impact this will have on them.
Currently, I am supporting a job family change for a group of colleagues within our Business Area to ensure the job family they're in aligns with skills required.
