This course really helped to build my confidence in my ability to engage and bring people closer to their goals. I have a deeper understanding of humans learn and interact which has helped me to better understand my stakeholders and deliver quality outcomes for my projects. A great course I feel everyone should undertake. Improved self awareness and emotional intelligence, it is a gamer changer for all leaders.
