Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

At the start of my role I did a lot of revision and apprentice tasks, more recently it involves me attending meetings internally and externally, having catch ups with different people in my team to go through specific things I have asked about, and doing account managing tasks on our placing platform, this involves a bit of excel work and filling in details from clients and reinsurers.

It is easy to ask for help, it 's inclusive, and offers a range of different opportunities to get involved in, it is also a successful company which feels good to be a part of.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
To include lots of related experience and transferrable skills you can use at a role in Aon. To be friendly and eager to learn, grow, and always looking to push yourself to the next level. It is also not just about being the best and outperforming everyone else, but to help others and push them forwards with you, as in Aon it is about being part of a team and working collectively together for the best results.
