My role is customer service and ensuring customers have their issues with broadband, email and home phones resolved.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The business is good and the apprenticeship is, however I do not enjoy my job role as I feel like sometimes when in need support it can be difficult find in the moment. the people and nice and they are set up for success but nothing is perfect.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes its massively helped my communication skills and typing which sounds small but is great. its also helped with my legislation knowledge

varies so much they support to help with numbers through coaching etc but can feel a lack of when need manager
