Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

-Updating on the Excel data as it is about commitments review.
-Assigning claimants to work coaches.
- I would go through my colleagues diaries every day to send journal messages to the claimants to remind them their appointment.
- I check weekly and two weeks appointments for claimants
- I go through my colleagues caseloads and I will update it on the system if the claimant attends to job fairs, applied to jobs or not.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Meetings with my tutor by having 1-2-1 on monthly. Meeting other apprentice and doing group work and attending learning sessions.
