I am Corporate Support Executive for the CEO of Sales and Distribution at Together. This means I am there for any tasks he would like me to do, organising food/drinks for the office, processing receipts and expenses, raising PO's and processing invoices, organising and sending out meeting invites, organising our monthly recognition awards etc...

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprentice programme, it pushes me out of my comfort zone to do tasks I wouldn't usually do. I also learn something new every day within my role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills. For example, learning what are good techniques for delivering a presentation and capturing the audience. I learn new skills every day within my role and the apprenticeship programme.

She is always there to support the apprentices with their qualifications, and she is there to answer any questions and give any advice.

I don't think it makes me feel significantly like I'm better at performing in my role, but it makes me understand the reasoning behind different roles and processes in the business.
