I support colleagues through their mandatory & statutory training, help with corporate induction, and provide admin support for different training courses.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I feel supported by my colleagues and have been able to learn and develop at my own pace. My job is manageably challenging and I enjoy coming to work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to use different software and I have had opportunities to shadow different departments to learn what they do.

My work schedule allows me to balance my work with my apprenticeship well.

My manager always provides me with time to complete my apprenticeship and my colleagues will cover me to give me time to do my apprenticeship tasks.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My curriculum specialist always answers any emails promptly and I am given lots of opportunities to discuss any concerns I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My apprenticeship is focused on customer service and I am able to put what I learn into practice every day while working as I support internal customers (staff) while they complete their training.
