Started of as a Healthcare assistant and was given the opportunity to do the Nursing Associate apprenticeship which was funded by the trust. It allowed me to work and learn at the same time.
After completing the course a couple of years of working and gaining experience i was given the opportunity to do the top up which is the RNDA ( REGISTERED NURSE DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP). This is funded and fully supported by the trust and my department.
