Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Customer facing role whilst managing a team with a store leader. Day-to-day changes weekly with admin, customers and targets. Maintaining shop floor standards whilst making sure service doesnt drop is one of the biggest challanges.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship, it gave me the confidence I needed to become a better leader and one day in the near future I will have my own store.

I have learnt so much under this apprenticeship, My leadership skills, time management and conflict management has greatly improved.
