To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

lots of documentation to do for apprenticeship standard and degree which isn't great. Uni isn't very organised and I haven't learnt much from it yet. However my actual work is brilliant and I work around some incredibly smart people that I learn from every day

My job at BAE is very well structured by my university course is not as good

my employer its self is very helpful and I get 12 week reviews and one to ones with managers to give me help and check up on me

my training provider (Uni) isn't great as I don't find it very engaging
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it has minimal contribution to my knowledge or skill but I do get to network with people who can help me learn

don't expect the university side of a degree apprenticeship to be great
