Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in a claims team and we receive new claims and throughout the process liaise with underwriters and adjusters/lawyers to reach settlement alongside revision (have a dedicated revision day 1x a week)
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

lots to learn , very friendly and welcoming people, so many helpful resources for studying

All new skills in the first 6 months - claims skills , insurance skills and CII Dip skills as we work towards our qualification

Very organised - given specific in team mentors, managers are kept updated with studies as we have quarterly reviews with our tutors . have specific study days 1x a week that managers are aware of and study days before exams

Lots of learning resources available , access to textbooks , e books , chapter specific calls , mock papers , 1-to-1 tutor support
