I really enjoy my role as an underwriter I do mid term adjustments and write up slips.

started from scratch within insurance so I have learnt lots to do with the structure of the market terminology etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the start poorly organised, due to the application for roles all being the same and not being allowed to choose or know what day to day role we would end up in. However once in the role it has been well coordinated

Quite a lot of support, including study days and coaches

Understand that you don't get to choose your role and research the insurance market first to understand what role you would prefer e.g broking or underwriting
