Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves drafting up emails to help, with the placement of companies insurance scheme, I am also involved in client meeting where I get to travel to clients headquarters and be involved in the discussions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my programme as my team I am working in has offered me lots of support and made it very enjoyable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel as though my communication and IT skills have massively improved from being involved in an office environment, also my knowledge of the insurance market has majorly improved.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured as I know what exams I have and when they need to be completed as well as what learning is necessary for me to progress in my role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was great in supporting me as they are very flexible with offering me time to study when needed and also in not over facing me with too much work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider has offered me lots of support with my qualifications such as providing workshops discussing sections of the qualification and also in being able to provide additional study sessions on certain topics I'm struggling with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualifications has massively helped as it has improved my knowledge of insurance and has also offered me tips on how to improve communication such as how to properly work emails and deal with clients
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are lots of networking opportunities through the CII which we get involved with such as a darts night and also a football team
