I am currently taking my London Market Exams whilst learning various roles on the job. This includes attending meetings, learning how to use Excel and creating PowerPoints.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme and would recommend it to my friends and others looking to join the insurance industry.

Yes, I have learnt many skills including IT, communication and networking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised, I was given the opportunity to spend my first working week with all the other apprentices so I had the opportunity to meet people my age who we could relate with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support and guidance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very helpful, always answering questions and have a monthly check up.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes there's lots of sporting clubs I can get involved with as well as networking groups.

Aon has provided with me with all the resources and support necessary to kick off my carer. I have had lots of guidance and have thoroughly enjoyed my first 6 months here, looking forward to the future.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
I would definitely recommend participating in work experience so that you can have the understanding of the purpose of the role and know what your talking about. It also provides a background for an interview with a basis on what to answer on.
