I am a customer service guide supporting the tech space, I support with broadband, landline and email issues working in the contact centre
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme although although there are some frustrations around tools provided and the relivence of some of the content of the customer service apprenticeship in our setting

I would say i have developed my communication skills in this role

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme is well structured however some of the content seem irrelevant at times
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the support received from the employer is great, we are provided with sufficient time and resources to complete the course
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It can be difficult at times to receive the support need for the provider and the applying some of the information within our role specifically
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the information provided helps to service customers better, it gives us the tools for effective communication for our customers and also a broader insight into the business itself
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are extra curricular activities available, these are not something that i am interested in, but we do have the ability to communicate with those working above us on a regular occasion
