Reviewing customers' UC claims to prevent or identify fraud, errors and dept by conducting robust interviews with the claimants, collecting and reviewing evidence and referring to decision makers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Not many, but yes. We have also a platform when we can create or join existing communities with similar interests, hobbies, believes or background. We can participate in social activities through Hassra.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Department for Work and Pensions?

Do not worry about your qualifications or i.e. IT skills, as you can get any training needed, support and reasonable adjustments when needed. It is very inclusive environment.
