Reviewing customers' UC claims to prevent or identify fraud, errors and dept by conducting robust interviews with the claimants, collecting and reviewing evidence and referring to decision makers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I developed new skills and raised my professional qualifications. I was given opportunity to train my colleagues and became People's Champion.

Not many, but yes. We have also a platform when we can create or join existing communities with similar interests, hobbies, believes or background. We can participate in social activities through Hassra.
