First six months you are based at the training centre and you are taught how to advance in your trade before developing to go out onto a ship or a workshop.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it because of the speed in which we do things, there is no stress added and an acceptable amount of time is given to finish tasks

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to advance in my own trade and to be open to multiple ideas to how other trades work in the company.

Days are structured around what is needed from you and where you need to be on those days, this is so you are not behind on work for what it is you have been assigned to do.

You receive constant support and there is always people there who are easy to contact for any questions you may have.

You are always doing work that is actually needed for your role which will help you, this is very time efficient so there is no time wasted doing things that will have no use to you.
