I enjoy my role but find that there is too much time within the classroom, with our courses being interrupted repeatedly. Giving us less time to complete our courses.

I have learnt how to read and develop patterns, weld, and how to create certain PCD adaptors as well as other tools such as bevel gauges etc.

Our courses are constantly interrupted by other higher up making plans that require us to leave the room we are working in multiple times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Our instructors help us and and repeat themselves until we understand it which i find helps a lot as I do not feel awkward to ask for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive help from my instructors when i require help in my training. I find this helpful as i sometime do not understand the tasks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
