I support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on event management, merchandise coordination, and campaign execution. The role combines creative, administrative, and analytical tasks, giving hands‑on experience across multiple areas of marketing while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship has been a really positive experience for me, as it allows me to develop practical marketing skills while contributing to real projects at Experian. I enjoy the variety of the role, particularly working across events, merchandise, campaign support, and email builds, as no two days are the same and it keeps the work engaging, alongside learning.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have developed a range of new and existing skills during my programme. I’ve gained practical experience in event support, merchandise management, email builds, and campaign delivery, while also strengthening key skills such as organisation, communication, attention to detail, time management and presentation skills. Overall, the programme has helped build my confidence and given me valuable hands‑on marketing experience.

The programme is well organised and clearly structured.
There is a good balance between on‑the‑job learning and off‑the‑job training, with clear expectations around tasks, deadlines, and learning outcomes. My role responsibilities are well defined, and I’m able to plan my workload easily.
Regular check‑ins with my manager and apprenticeship support help keep me on track
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I always feel supported from my line manager, team and early careers team. I have weekly check ins, my study day is respected and people are always around when i have queries or want to get involved in something different
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good, I have monthly check ins with my tutor and quarterly check ins with the university, they are always supportive and assist when needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
