Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Buying parts of all categories for the program. Being involved with contracts, orderbook management and supplier performance reviews.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I don't find the line of work very interesting but some concepts were interesting to learn.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed multiple skils and behaviours. The one i worked on the most was speaking to groups/public speaking. Something which I wasn't comfortable doing initially but the business provided ample opportunities to develop this.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
i think there is definitely a structure in place but due to miscellaneous factors we weren't 100% aware. It does get a bit confusing sometimes.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
There is always help there when needed now. Although intially when i joined we did not have a direct POC as they did not replace the last person in-role quick enough.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I am always given ample time to do any studying or coursework. I often find my teams altering the line of work I get involved in to meet my KSB's.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
While I do see the benefit I find personally I already knew a lot of the knowledge and found some of the study content a bit basic. That being said working in the business has definitely enhanced my previous knowledge and skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I often handle work experience sessions which are very rewarding to help with. There are pleny of work functions avaialble.
