The people are definitely the best part and the work itself is personally very fun and rewarding

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned a huge amount of data modelling as well as excel and power bi. My python skill has improved also

My line manager puts a decent amount of work into create tasks and giving me work to do. My apprentice coach also delivers great workshops but outside of that there isn't much structure
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager is very supportive and helpful. He provides guidance and goes out of his way to listen to me as do many other individuals. I do feel that the company's general attitude is a lot more hard, ridged and policy driven. It feels very catered towards maximising productivity in the short-term without much thought towards to long term benefits of staff welfare.

There may be some I dont know about but I don't think there are that many regular ones outside of small monthly social events
