Was already employed as a Business Analyst with BT Group and was given the opportunity to complete level 4 Business Analyst diploma/apprenticeship alongside my role to expand knowledge. My role involves engaging with stakeholders, eliciting requirements and translating those ready for development in our internal pricing, offers and marketing platforms and models.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship/diploma was useful and provided more knowledge around the BA role. Some areas, particularly the testing elements were difficult to evidence in final assessments as these are covered by specialised test teams in our company

BT were supportive in helping me through the apprenticeship and encouraging me to do it. Given my role some areas were difficult to evidence in assessment.
