I learn a new job role every 6 months. Currently i raise purchase orders through different IT systems and am in contact with suppliers of parts we require as a business from all over the world.

Yes, i have learnt and continuing to learn many different IT and communication skills that i didnt have before.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is endless support with the programme, however when moving to new placements organisation can be an issue. It would be much more beneficial to know where we are going in more time in case we need to make arrangements.
