Producing 2D and 3D models of substations and detailed models of equipment
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the opportunity to go on many courses to improve and add to my knowledge and skills.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to use different CAD software for both 2D and 3D design, I have been on many different health and safety courses including IOSH managing safely which has helped develop my designs and engineering solutions.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have had to change rolls a few times due to people leaving the business and it took a while for me to settle in to the right role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have had to teach myself how to do a few things, but I can turn and ask for support whenever I need it.

Be confident in the team exercises during interview days making sure to speak up and offer your ideas instead of just nodding along and going with the rest of the group.
