I have learned most of my construction/engineering knowledge from this role and I am confident this will benefit me in the future.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The organisation has improved as my course developed through the years. When I first began organisation could have been improved however now for new starters the structure is much better and orgasnised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The University of Warwick are permanently on hand to support me.

I feel the qualification is very design based and not construction based which is what my role is in.
