I have learned most of my construction/engineering knowledge from this role and I am confident this will benefit me in the future.

The organisation has improved as my course developed through the years. When I first began organisation could have been improved however now for new starters the structure is much better and orgasnised.

By being committed to the long term benefits of an apprenticeship, you can really see the rewards in the future through not only qualifications gained but also knowledge and experience gained during your apprenticeship.
