Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

There are two main sides to my role - I do work internally with teams such as researching new ideas and helping how best to implement as well as working with data from our customers and categorising that.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes and no, I was doing some important research for within the company but I wasn't the person presenting it

I've learnt how to use Qualtrics and Hubspot as well as improved my skills on excel. I think I've also learnt a lot about company culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Although there isn't too many people usually in the office but when you are in there is always lots to do and everyone is very nice, it is quite relaxed not a super serious quiet environment

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I've really enjoyed it, I think I have learnt a lot which will help me in the future for securing a full time job and also have enjoyed my time meeting new people and getting to know everyone here.
