Business Apprentice working in the commercial function and i have work in both contracts and estimating roles.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the programme gives a great platform for apprentices to develop their skill set and give the opportunity to grow within the business with little pressure.

I feel that my skillset has massivley increased during this time and i have had good exposure to different tasks developing my attributes within my work.

Yes, there are plenty of different opportunities to be apart of social events at this company alongside apprentice days in which i can network with my cohort.
