Completed rotations around the business, learning the different technical areas that we sell into, how we support customers, and market trends. Also helped the sector team with tasks such as vendor mapping and shadowing customer meetings.
This was alongside my Level 3 IT Technical Sales apprenticeship that I did with Pareto.

Well-structured until there are last minute changes to the programme due to other internal events/priorities
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very helpful with a buddy, mentor, and coach to support on different levels. I would have appreciated receiving more structured and personalised feedback on the programme though, particularly after presentations, rotations and pitch battles.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They made it clear they were always available to support (Zoom calls etc.) if we had any questions. Very responsive too
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't feel as though it's made a huge difference; Computacenter have provided better training tailored to the role. Nevertheless, I've definitely learnt some important things such as navigating customer conversations and asking the right questions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of networking events, dinner/drinks, team meetings, book club, run club etc. Turn out often varies dependent on the day and time of year (aligning with school holidays etc.)
