Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My current placement is within a people partnering team. I carry out typical duties of a people advisor, covering a generalist HR position.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have both learnt new skills and enhanced skills I held from previous work experience.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Well organised for the most part. However, the expectations around the number of placements and how much of a say we get in that has changed which is a little frustrating.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As much support as I require - have never needed help and not been provided it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Not necessarily my training provider, but my tutor within the training provider is incredible and super supportive throughout the teaching and assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Allows me to understand the academic tools and frameworks which underpin the work I do within my team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes! I am part of several committees and communities.
