Suuport is always available, and for written work that needs to be done for the apprenticship help is often given. Placements were well chosen.
The only reason its not a 5 is the learner review documentation is extensive and the meeting times rarely account for other items in the schedule

The qualification for me has been extrememly valuable fir expanding my knowledge domain and providing important context and concepts that are often not taught in a day to day

there are many networking events, and real opportunity to get envolved in extra curriclar. These are also funded for travel enabling the visitation to confrences and workshops.
Development with other companies can also be found within these activies.
Many talks and apprentice activities are held.
Whilst I have not got involved in sport within the company specifically i understand that its an option.

The support available and the structure of the program ensures that 4 years of work and study is tailored towards the apprentice development. Help is always available and the range of teams and projects worked on provides a comrehesive and rich development path.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
the structure of the program lends its self to those who want to really kickstart their passion into software development. Its a real opportunity to gain real exeraince and apply your self. With the range of work given, study done and opportunites provided the knowedge and experiance recived is proportional to the effort given.
When applying i would say its important to stress this, and to demonstrate where you can your keeness to take advantage of what is such a good opportunity.
