Work with business and development clients to support and facilitate Citi's systems and technical infrastructure relating to markets risk and controls.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall great real-world experience with lots of exposure to the inner workings of the industry, friendly collogues always happy to lend a hand, lots of opportunity to get involved with many different aspects of the company.

Developed a lot of skills; communication, teamwork, understanding of technical systems, problem solving, time and workload management

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Program is well structured, however you will often find you have limited time to work on college assignments compared to those in a standard full-time course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Citi provides a lot of support including dedicated study days which can be used in preparation for exams and assignments. Managers are kind and will do their best to accommodate your asks.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Full range of support available, monthly check ins with your assessor to discuss your progress, lecturers are always happy to answer questions and provided assistance / materials even outside of working hours. Counseling also available.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Overall yes, although Level 3 qualifications, we're a lot less relevant to the role in my case.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Full range of extra activities to partake in, including all of the above.
