Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy my programme it is done through Belfast Metropolitan college and within the MET and work I have met some amazing people. Work has been extremely understanding and I have always got a lot of help.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt loads of new skills with being in the foreign exchange sector I had to learn a lot about trading and banking to be able to understand my role. I have learnt various coding techniques and languages and have had the opportunity to help develop AI.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
This programme is very well structured ensuring we have the time to complete things as required. Work is very understanding and helpful if we need a little more time to be working on things from college rather than work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive amazing support from my employer both with college and my personal life. I have had an amazing experience with Citi and couldn't recommend them enough.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Training providers are extremely helpful and they also are there anytime you need them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My work links up more than some peoples with what I do in college there is nothing that I have learnt that I haven't used at some stage.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes I am part of the social committee which helps bring people together to celebrate different cultures and things like international women's day. Work also has volunteering hours which you can use and go do a whole list of things for your community.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Citi to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Cit has been amazing I have received so much help from joining not only from my team but wider. I have been here 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with my choice of place to work. I have met some incredible people and never felt like I didn't fit in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Citi?
Be open, I was wary with the sector being banking but I have been learning and taught so much that I lost all feelings of fear or doubt. They have been so supportive and helpful so just speak up and ask everyone will help.
