Yes, I have learnt to actively listen and ask good questions. This has helped my communication in team meetings and with the wider company.

It has helped me to listen well and ask good questions, this has helped to improve my facilitation skills, delivery and to coach others in the organisation to reach their goals and potential.

There are regular socials organised every quarter and time to also time to share with the wider organisation updates to keep us all informed.
