Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of a wide variety of tasks everyday. I work in serious injury claims so one day I may be completing a witness statement and then the other reviewing medical records. Everyday is a different day, never knowing what may be next.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, it allows me to develop further knowledge and gather skills I didn't previously have.

I receive a large amount of support from my employer, they are always helping me when I have questions and try to help me understand these questions to the best of my ability.

There are a lot of different extra-curricular activities that my work offer. They have a lot of staff nights and sport activities which you can get involved with.
