Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a legal assistant and complete jobs such as contacting clients and Third party solicitors, Drafting statements and offers and sending documents off to clients for signature.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although There are many difficulties during the programme however I am aware of how good of an opportunity it is for me so i thrive to make the most of it. I enjoy all the experiences I face and frequent networking.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Time keeping is very difficult when balancing work for university and in the office however I think I have improved on this skill throughout my time in the office.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The online forum with BPP is slightly confusing and I find it difficult to navigate which has caused lots of confusion throughout my apprenticeship. My lessons however are structure and when I attend they are easy to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The university side of my apprenticeship is quite independent which benefits me, however when I have to have my PPS meetings the training co-ordinator is always present to offer support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification will allow me to expand my legal knowledge and help me progress further into my legal career in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There isn't anything like this within my firm however, I used Linkedin to join a wider variety of professional networking events which my firm supports.

Yes
Why?
The apprenticeship route is an excellent way to not only gain the qualifications I wish to achieve whilst gaining legal experience and earning, however it also allows me to network much earlier and get my name out into the legal field from such a young age.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bond Turner Solicitors?
Ensure you are willing to dedicate a lot of time and effort into the apprenticeship. It is a difficult process however; it is definitely worth doing.
