My experience at Bond Turner has been very positive. I find the working environment to be constructive and the training provided has been consistently throughout and beneficial to my personal progression.

My role involves managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to settlement. In summary, my day-to-day includes assessing liability, reviewing expert evidence, drafting, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with pre‑action protocols and court deadlines.
I particularly enjoy the investigative aspect of the work, reviewing evidence, identifying the strengths of a case, and achieving positive outcomes for clients who have often lived in difficult conditions

My role permits me to contribute in a meaning way as I am trusted to manage my own caseload and make decisions that move cases forward. We work in quite a close team and take the time to include one another in discussions and collaborate.

Very well. Particularly as I was present with the opportunity for a Solicitor Apprenticeship. Managing a housing disrepair caseload has strengthened my legal knowledge, procedural understanding, and client care skills. These are core competencies that will support my development as I progress into formal training and ultimately qualify as a solicitor.
