This is very specific to the team you're put into. There's a broad skills, behaviours and knowledge checklist which must be completed by the end of the course, however workload varies between teams.

Lloyds overall is a very good employer especially for apprentices. I have made a lot of connections, specifically with senior leaders.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
Simply be yourself during the application stage! Read through the Lloyds values and our initiatives. Make sure when you provide examples of your previous work, you align it to the values.
