I’m a Data Analyst apprentice in Banking Operations. Day to day I analyse telephony and customer data, build Excel and Power BI dashboards, and produce MI to support managers with performance and decision‑making.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as it gives me hands‑on experience, real projects, and the chance to build practical data and analytical skills alongside my role.
