On a day to day basis I'm reviewing reports, checking emails to and from the business and my team to ensure smooth project delivery and creating reports to ensure I can accurately reflect where the project team can identify gaps to improve the overall quality of the programme

I have learnt a lot on time management, and the impact it has on project delivery more so than I originally knew and its affect on other aspects of the programme amongst many other skills, of which there is a lot to talk through

My employer has been very supportive. From my line manager and programme manger supporting my learning from a very close experience to also having a mentor at work who is outside my team to support my learning in a variety of ways

there have been a lot of learnings I have taken from my qualification which some skills are new, but some enhanced my performance

Cummins provides opportunities to grow. Whether that is through further education or just joining without doing an apprenticeship. There are so many roles and internal learning courses. The employees are easy to work with and striving for more
