I started Lloyds Banking Group on a graduate scheme in 2018 and have held a number of roles throughout the bank. My current role is a Senior Product Owner where I set the vision and direction for a product and support a team of engineers to deliver the product. I am often providing stakeholder updates, overcoming and unblocking challenges and making key prioritisation decisions for my product.
Alongside my role, I am completing a Level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the Level 7 Senior Leadership apprenticeship. It provides an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in a formal setting and apply these to my workplace. I really value to opportunity to attend Henley Business School for formal teaching sessions, where I have the opportunity to network with senior leaders from a variety of industries. This apprenticeship has been invaluable in helping me secure a promotion and thrive in a more senior role.
