Responsible for cross-program oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Initiative within the Risk & Control Program Group. Providing advisory, review and challenge, project tracking and escalation, on programs/projects aligned across four initiatives: Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Categories, Controls & Policy Framework, and Data, Technology & Analytics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Why?
Amazing place to work. Lots of opportunities to grow, develop, mobility is encouraged and they invest in training and development. They have heavily invested in AI which is a huge area of focus in all industries at the moment.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Citi?
Find an area in the Bank that they are interested in, reach out to careers department to understand more, read up on the Financial press about the latest news, attend insight sessions/investor presentations, connect with Citi colleagues on LinkedIn to get further insight.
