Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BT Group to a friend?

Yes

Why?

Working at BT Group is a great experience when working in sales and the salary is great but you also earn commotion in addition to your basic salary. You also get to speak to an array of different customers and colleagues and build great team dynamics and relationships

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?

If you are planning on applying to the BT Group the tips I would give you is take notes during your training and ask plenty of questions if you are ever unsure. Another bit of advice would be do not focus on things such as if people are performing better than you because everyone goes at their own pace.
