it is unfulfilling and there is sometimes very little to do, but im payed well and i have no student debt

it is unfulfilling and often tedious

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes but i am not confident i am learning the necessary skills i would have learnt if i had taken the conventional university route

How well organised/structured is your programme?

when issues are raised the business is incredibly slow to respond, and in the worst cases, serious issues can take months to hear back about. you also have very little say about your placements or career trajectory
How much support do you receive from your employer?

they do offer good support and frequently check in
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

workshops are done in class but otherwise the support is very poor
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i have literally used nothing i have learnt in university on placement and i have used nothing i learn on placement in university
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are projects to get involved with and some really great opportunities available from time to time, and apprentices do organise social events
